Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date for a full refund of the deposit.
All equipment remains the property of Place Your Bets. The client assumes responsibility for any damage to equipment during the event beyond normal wear and tear.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
